Anson: Because now all of a sudden Im not being critical of them. They are sprinting all over the place going from one session to the other, there was no break. And Ill be honest with you, nothing seemed to work and all of a sudden I am reading this thing out of the New York Times magazine. I didnt need an hour. But youre not a leader. The United States has won four world championships and four gold medals. I am the person that can help them do better with the data. So the first step in leading anyone is to win their trust.
